Monthly Events Calendar Submissions to the Press

Creation and distribution of an events calendar was the #1 request in your survey responses, and many also expressed the need to have non-sanctioned “fun shoots” included in any promotional efforts.  As a new Member Club Benefit for NSSA / NSCA clubs, Outdoor Media Resources will distribute, to national and regional press, a monthly calendar including both sanctioned and non-sanctioned shoots. 

To have any event included in calendars for the press, please provide the following information for each calendar submission:  

• Date(s)
• Name of Shoot
• Club or Range
• City/State of Club or Range
• Website for registration or information
• Phone number for registration or information
• Contact name for registration or information
• Concept of shoot: Who is eligible to shoot, charity being benefited, any pertinent facts

Once you have submitted the information, we will continue to advance it in the calendar until the event has occurred.  There is no need to submit it more than once.  Also, please note that this is a separate function from submitting event information to NSSA / NSCA Headquarters.  You are responsible for submitting calendar information for your events as outlined here.
