		<description>That&#039;s a tough one. I get pretty comfortable in my comfort zone! But you&#039;re right on the money - it&#039;s tough to advance a business or even a career if we don&#039;t allow ourselves the freedom of getting out of our comfort zone. Still, it&#039;s very difficult to do!</description>
